*N20m REQUIRED FOR EQUIPPING THE MATERNITY AT OKOKO ITEM*
When the Foundation on 24th December 2018 handed over the N10m Maternity built for Amainyi Women at Okoko Item, Bende Local Government Abia State, we assured the locals that the facility will be equipped with water borehole and state of the art hospital equipment.
This novel idea of ensuring that the beneficiary community is availed a modern health centre may be a pipe dream given paucity of funds.
We urge spirited individuals, donor agencies and prospective partners to oblige us handsome donations to realize our dream of ensuring that citizens in the hinterlands are exposed to quality medicare. The maternity would be more useful if it has basic laboratory facilities, modern gynaecology and obstetrics among others.
